About Team & Product/Project Details:

Data Architect position for CIO Platform Services Team in the Global Delivery Organization to build

optimize maintain logical data solutions.

Data Architect to take complete ownership and accountability of implementing Data migration models

Build Data Modeling Data Security Data Governance Identify new Data system requirements and

Monitoring across organization. Provide strong leadership and mentoring to the team members.

What you will be doing :

Manage endtoend data architecture from selection of the platform designing the technical

architecture and developing the application testing and deploying solution

Design and implement effective database solutions and models to store and retrieve data

Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating platform operations

applications and implement data strategy that is in line with business processes

The strategy includes data model designs database development standards implementation

and management of data warehouses and data analytics systems

Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external

regulations (GDPR PII PCI etc)

Define and manage the flow of data and dissemination of information within the organization

Integrating technical functionality ensuring data accessibility accuracy and security

Conduct a continuous Audit of data management system performance refine whenever

required and report immediately any breach or loopholes to the stakeholders/Management

Coordinating and collaborating with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and vendors for the

smooth functioning of the enterprise data system

Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive

teams.

Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to cloud based solutions

Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests troubleshooting and integrating

new features.

Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems.

Educate team members through training and individual support

What you Bring: Hands ON

18 to 24 years of Overall IT Experience including 9 years of Experience in Solution Data

Architect and Cloud Migrations Data Solution design and Architecture

Hands on implementation of end to end Solution Architecture for Data develop POC s based on

customer requirements

Strong knowledge on Erwin Azure ADF Databricks SSIS SSRS SQLserver Azure SQL MI

Strong knowledge on Cloud technologies API Integrations PowerBI Reports Active

Directory/LDAP Python ADX Synapse Deployment pipelines Jenkins Azure DevOps

Certifications like Azure data lake Databricks Data warehouse

Strong knowledge of all lifecycle phases e.g. requirements definition risk management

implementation deployment maintenance Data Governance.

Technical knowledge of information technology networks systems peripherals and software

applications Data migration activities Data center technologies (both cloud and onprem)

Requires strong industry knowledge and planning skills longterm vision and executive

presence

Good knowledge in Banking and Payments Domain

Experience with a Problem/Incident/Change Management processes tool such as Service Now

Rally etc

Proven ability to function in an environment that requires flexibility good judgment and sound

decisionmaking often based on limited information and/or under extreme conditions

Communicates ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear concise and professional

manner appropriate to audience including executive levels

Requires the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of

management (internally/externally) employees clients

Ability to interact and influence change within the team.

Strong time management and organizational skills

Sense of urgency for customer requests

Ensure strong focus on Clients (BU Managers) and help in resolving challenges and contribute to

BU Accomplishments.

On Time Delivery with highest quality and in line with Organizational Process / Product metrics

and Goals

Ensure all the internal SLAs are met with respect to the BU Requirement

Demonstrate the ability to deliver on multiple projects or assignments concurrently and

successfully.

Support the implementation of new tools and practices as we migrate and change

Maintain professionalism in the office including interpersonal communications demonstrating a

respect for others using best judgments for critical situations prompt meeting attendance

emails etc.

Demonstrate adaptability with regards to changes in responsibilities processes and

organizational structure.
