This is full time on site role located in Noida for Business Development Executive (BDE) profile . Candidate will be consulting the client over a call and providing necessary information over email. It is a B2B process, with no cold calling.
Role & responsibilities
- Reaching out to clients by making outbound calls and emails.
- Explain details about the service.
- Consulting clients for exemplary service.
- Take timely follow-up from the customer.
- Maintain a good relationship with potential & current clients.
- Following the sales pipeline.
- Maintaining customers data in the CRM.
- Responsible for negotiating and closing the deals.
- Ensure that client's demands are captured, understood, agreed and delivered which creates a positive perception of the client.
- Coordinate with the development team for client's need and support.
- Providing after-sales services to clients.
Preferred candidate profile
- Fresher Candidates with good communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
- Candidate should have good interpersonal skills.
- Technical sales experience is plus .
*Hike on current salary with lucrative incentive
