Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager at InsuranceDekho. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for meet potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments maintaining and developing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities. The Relationship Manager will primarily be located in Chandigarh Tri-City.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven customer service and sales experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Experience working in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in any stream, Marketing, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
