Education: Bachelors degree or Post Graduation
Experience: 10+ Related Experience
Key Skills: BIP, OTBI, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HCM loaders (HDL, HSDL, PBL), SQL, Web services, Integrations using OIC, Functional understanding of Core HR and any other module.
Required Skills:
- Ability to gather and understand detailed technical requirements related to conversions, interfaces, reports and integrations.
- Excellence written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to deliver under pressure.
- Self motivated, with the ability to change and competing demands.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and tenacity in problem-solving.
- Experience in client facing and stakeholder management.
- As HCM Cloud Technical lead, the role will be to manage the technical aspects of HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements. This includes managing systems implementation, development, enhancements and integrations.
- Work with cross functional teams to ensure HCM Cloud System is optimized and tailored to meet Organizations needs.
- Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
- Develop and fix reports using BI publisher, HCM extracts.
- Perform data conversion using HDL.
- Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
- Develop fast formulas.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation.
- Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
- Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide training and support to business users.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
- Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
- HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
