Channel Sales – AM/DM/Manager
Ø Bring new Channel Partners on board and maintain relationships with existing Channel Partners.
Ø Understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the Projects.
Ø Coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/ Channel Partner expectations.
Ø Act as a bridge for communication between the customers/ Channel Partners and Closing team
Ø Access, clarify and validate Channel Partner needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high Channel Partner satisfaction rate
Ø Coordinate with other sales channels to avoid any potential
Ø Conduct regular product training for the Channel Partner and their team
Ø Make sure the Leads generated are serviced within the TAT- Same day
Ø Coordinate for the Channel Partner payout's post booking
Ø Take care of Source conflict cases if any and resolve the same within specific TAT
Ø Monthly Market & Competitor Analysis, studying the trends & new developments in the market
Exp: 2 – 8 years of Experience
Qualification: Graduate
