Job description

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account/Sales Manager to join our team in the VLSI domain. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the VLSI industry.

Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the VLSI domain. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients in the semiconductor industry. Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives and product launches. Stay up to date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. An MBA is a plus. Proven track record of success in sales or account management within the VLSI domain. Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies, VLSI design, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet sales targets. Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
