Roles & Responsibility : Plan – Execute – Manage – Monitor Planning includes work closely with the Marketing Lead (a) conceptualization and alignment on event construct (b) setting up and aligning the stakeholders on the event playbook. Execution includes - (a) ensuring teams deliver to the playbook and manage deviations where required, (b) tracking and reporting against key milestones. Managing includes - (a) issue and conflict resolution, (b) assisting in experimentation plans. Monitoring includes running the activity as per playbook and monitoring to achieve the goals that is called out Work Arrangement: Hybrid Location : Mumbai / Noida / NCR region Requirements: Experience : 5-8 years of relevant experience in Field Marketing Bachelor’s degree in marketing / business or related field , MBA preferred Proven Track record of successfully developing and execution. Creative Thinker with the ability to generate unique ideas and innovative solutions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience working in a fast paced, agile environment and adapting to changing priorities.Job tags
