Location : Remote (India) Duration : 9 +Months contract
L2 Security Operations analyst: Support Engineering teams – perform triage of reported security related issues if no resolution apparent then escalate to Engineering Follow up with customers to ensure Security Requirements are met and addressed or escalate to the team Perform Security Analysis in accordance Firewall/ Website/ Endpoint blocks Ticket Management - allocation of tickets across multiple platforms to the team to ensure issues are addressed and responded to in a timely manner or redirected too more appropriate resources Alert Management - Triage of Critical threshold alerts and health checks received and escalation with appropriate disposition Process Documentational updatesJob tags
