Job description
QA is responsible
to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met before our product reaches our customers. He/she will be responsible for inspecting procedures and outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues. To effectively interact with Technical, Development and Production team to maintain product quality; ensuring that targets are achieved. To supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on production. ·To monitor QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Doing In-line inspection to check the quality. To keep all necessary documents and quality SOP. To monitor performance of suppliers of raw-materials. To carry out effective in-line and final inspection. To reinforce quality assurance measures. To Bridge merchandisers, factories and customers on quality communication. Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes. To establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process. To develop MIS for quality measurement and recording quality. To monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production. To assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output To report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action To facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing quality data To keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation Qualifications and Education Requirements Graduate with relevant experience / B. Tech- Textiles/ Diploma in Textile EngineeringJob tags
