• - Work along with one of the world leaders in the HRMS space
• - Own the India Team strategy for professional services

Job Description

- Oversee multiple delivery teams and porfessional services teams across the India charter

- Person will be responsible to manage and drive the P&L responsibilities for the team

- Own the India strategy in partnership with the Global Head of Professional Services

- Act as a point of escalation with everything in regards to delivery and implementation

The Successful Applicant

- 8+ years of relevant experience in SaaS implementation

- Ability to manage multiple clientele across the globe-

- Maintain high standards of delivery to ensure smooth onboarding

- Knowledge of HR/Recruitment product experience is a plus
