Job description
Responsibilities
- Production of Nacelles, Hubs and Drive trains as per Production schedule
- Quality of Products delivered
- Maintaining high standards of Safety
- Establishing assembly processes, systems and procedures
- To support IMS and Business Excellence implementation
- Development of proto types
- To ensure HSE requirements
Qualifications Educational Qualification: Essential: Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering.
Desirable: Post-Graduate Degree, Green Belt or Black Belt Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean
Experiences: Should have worked in Nacelle assembly factory handling a team in Production/ Process independently for at least 5 years. Need to have good exposure on Lean Manufacturing
