Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Manager at SecureNow Insurance Broker in Gurugram. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the company. The Recruitment Manager will also need to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the candidate pipeline, and ensure compliance with hiring regulations. Qualifications Experience in end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques such as job boards, social media, and employer branding Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Working knowledge of Naukri, other job-portals, Linked-in is necessary Experience is generating referrals is a plus.Job tags
