What is the purpose of the role..? Role objective The job exists to perform an array of activities that will act as the Decision support activities of the Business. To provide regular feedback to the Management on performance through benchmarking, analysis and validation of various reports and products. Thereby enabling to contribute to the achievement of overall business goals and parameters. What you will be doing? Roles and Responsibilities Custodian of Revenue accounting & Processes for the SEA operations Reconciliation of Revenue flowing into books of accounts, Management of account receivables from financiers, and account payables to dealers Accounting, Reconciliation, Commission/ Margin computation and payout, Query management. Work with business stakeholders to identify triggers and accurately capture Revenue, Returns, and Refunds for every operating channel. Establish adequate controls around revenue vs collection reconciliations to minimize cash leakages Orchestrate the Revenue Audits - Maintain, design, and implement controls as appropriate; conduct/support accounting and systems process reviews with statutory and internal auditors. Analytics and preparing MIS for revenue reporting Identifying and work with tech teams in developing the API's for automation of revenue recognition EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS : MBA/Certified Accountant/ Experienced person in Finance business partnering & reporting Relevant Experience 6-9 years of experience Business performance analysis Skill Set/Competency Business understanding Decisiveness Process oriented Ability to communicate; oral and written at all levels Good interpersonal skills Team management skills Result oriented Positive drive and energy Out of box thinking Ability to align strategies and systems to business needs Base Location- GurugramJob tags
