Job Description Trade Compliance IT Product Manager (m/f/*) (New Health Care Company) JG13/ 14 3M is establishing two industry-leading companies, creating value through the spin-off of its Health Care business, while 3M will continue to be a global material science leader, focusing our innovation to win in favorable global megatrends and attractive end markets.

We expect the creation of the two companies will be completed by the end of 2023. For now, we will continue to operate as one global company. This role is positioned to drive the success of the "New Health Care Company”.

The Impact You will Make in this Role As a Trade Compliance IT Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Taking IT responsibility for all SpinCo Trade Compliance IT platforms Working across the function to ensure successful and timely exit from relevant TSA’s (Transitional Service Agreements) Engaging in the global cross-functional blueprinting of the new ERP eco-system to drive realization, work to include: learning ERP solution functionality; alignment of business requirements with system capabilities; process design, proof of concept, input to functional design development that compliments technical capabilities of the system, and development testing. Supporting the Go-Live and System Stabilization activities during deployment. Working with relevant stakeholders to develop value propositions and prioritise the development of future solution capabilities. Managing vendor relationships including estimating requirements, providing work direction and holding vendors accountable

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution and a minimum of (14) years of experience in IT project management, system deployment or system support. Five (5) years of experience in IT project management, system deployment or system support in a private, public, government or military environment Technical proficiency in SAP GTS Robust experience in software deployment. Competence in software management. Experience in deployment. Some experience or knowledge in SAP S4/Hana

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with designing, developing, supporting and deploying trade compliance solutions Experience with SAP GTS or GTS in S4/HANA Experience managing third party software providers. Proven track record of successfully leading global or regional, complex IT system implementations. Familiar with systems running our HCBG supply chain. Familiar with supply chain systems within an Healthcare environment. In-depth knowledge of cloud technology. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and risks effectively. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams.
