Job description
| Scope Of Work. | Primary | Shared Across Functionally |
| . Review CVs, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews and recruit engineers, modellers, designers and draftsman. . Allocate manpower to the project and proposal activities. . Set goals for team members, perform midterm and annual performance appraisals. . Ensure Discipline procedures, Company procedures, Quality procedures are followed in the execution of the work. . Ensure the timely issue of engineering deliverables as per the project schedule within Controlled Man-hours allocated. . Estimate budgetary man-hours, budgetary software requirement for the discipline. . Ensure reduction of rework man-hours. . Ensure Error free deliverables to Customer . Review of project activity control status . Man-hour Estimation . Identifying Risks in engineering and the required mitigation . FEED verification & reporting . Training of engineers/trainees, designers, modellers and draftsman in various technical aspects and in design engineering. . Participation in inter department meetings, client's meetings, as required . Coordination with FHs from other disciplines, vendors & client. . Support to Planning/Projects for the schedule & progress reporting. . Ensure implementation of Lesson Learnt from previous projects. . Participating in ISO 9001, Audits (Internal / External) . Ensure team provides support to the Yard work. | .Lead a team of engineers, designers & draftsmen to execute FEED/Detailed Engineering jobs, Proposals & Pre-Bid Engineering activities in the discipline. | |
