Exotic Expert Solutions LLP is currently hiring an Office Boy to join our team at our Nehru Place location. As an Office Boy, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and office support activities to ensure the efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, trustworthy, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day office tasks such as delivering documents, letters, and packages to various departments within the organization
• Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering items
• Keep the office area clean and tidy, including dusting, vacuuming,
• Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for guests
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Ensure the office facilities are properly maintained
• Run errands for the office as required

Requirements

• Prior experience as an Office Boy or similar role is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Knowledge of office procedures and basic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
