Position: Telecaller
Location: K.H.Double Road, Shantinagar, Bangalore
Job Type: Full-time

Work Timings: 10 AM-6:30 PM

Language: ENGLISH(FLUENT)

ONLY WORK FROM OFFICE 

LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATE JOINER

Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell services.
Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and convert them into sales.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the services offered by the company to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on established criteria and pass on qualified leads to the sales team.
Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals and objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication Skills: Excellent English Speaking Skills. (MANDATORY)
Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and ability to Influence customers.
Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Punctuality: Punctual and disciplined in adhering to work schedules.
Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to take initiative.
