With a wide range of verticals across multiple non-voice categories including F&A, banking, insurance, travel etc, our client is highly diversified, fast-growing and exciting Job Description As the BPM Delivery Lead, you will report to the overall Business Head of BPM services. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring top-quartile delivery across every line of service
Strategising and propagating a culture of continuous improvement
Working with company leadership for expansion into new geographies and business lines
Working closely with partners to ensure the implementation of technological solutions to augment and improve service quality
Creating a meritocratic organisation and providing mentorship to employees
The Successful Applicant As a successful candidate BPM Delivery Lead, you must:
Hail from or be ready to relocate to Mumbai City.
Have strong exposure to non-voice services and higher-level, knowledge-based services
Have a track record of achievement with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
Embrace a roll-up-sleeves, hands-on culture
Possess a passion to build a business from the ground up
