What you'll do :
- Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technical projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers, partners, product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and execution plans.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Facilitate communication across project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.
- Manage project resources, timelines, and deliverables using agile methodologies.
- Oversee project progress, deliver timely updates to senior management, and proactively suggest enhancements for optimal outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools.
What we are looking for :
- Minimum 2+ years of delivery/program management experience in managing large & complex deliveries
- Proven ability to plan, manage and deliver multiple, complex technical projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management involving internal stakeholders, partners, and external customers.
- Exceptional ownership and the agility to seamlessly navigate and prioritize among multiple teams and projects, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Deeply passionate about technology and keeping your knowledge updated.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.
- Eager to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment for a quickly growing company.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in cost management especially around customer ARR, cloud cost etc
- Knowledge of Infra, DevOps, SRE, customer support, development, QA, InfoSec etc is an added advantage
- Experience of working on projects involving Infra, DevOps, SRE , support is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
