Role and Responsibilities:

We are currently seeking a Production Support candidate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing L1 and L2 support for production systems. The key responsibilities include:

• Providing support for L1/L2 production issues
• Experience with Autosys job scheduling
• Familiarity with AWS
• Preferred AWS certification
• Knowledge of Snowflake is a plus
• Strong email and verbal communication skills
• Writing SQL/PostgreSQL queries
• Handling Apache Airflow/MWAA jobs
• Collaborating with stakeholders for issue triaging

Candidate Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in L1/L2 support with a strong understanding of production systems. Additionally the candidate should possess good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
