Must Have
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor the health andperformance of the Device42 infrastructure, proactively identify and resolveissues, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability andavailability.
User Support and Training: Provide technical support tousers, troubleshoot, and resolve their issues, and conduct training sessions toenable efficient utilization of the Device42 platform.
Data Management: Manage the data within the Device42 system,including data imports, exports, backups, and recovery procedures, whileensuring data integrity and security.
Integration and Automation: Collaborate with other teams tointegrate Device42 with existing systems and tools and automate processes toimprove efficiency and streamline workflows.
Good To Have
Proven experience as a Device42 Administrator or similarrole, with expertise in managing and maintaining the Device42 platform.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers,networks, databases, and virtualization technologies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python,PowerShell) for system administration tasks.
