Job description
Ensure efficient manufacture of paper with optimal resource usage and adherence to CTQ specifications.
Manage manpower across various shifts.
Enhance the efficiency of the paper machine.
Improve process capability and increase production.
Reduce work-in-progress (WIP) and minimize consumption of pulp, coating color, steam, water, and power.
Minimize machine downtime through vigilant monitoring and coordination with engineering and finishing house shift in-charges.
Implement TPM and 5S for cleanliness around the machine floor.
Conduct training for employees on self-safety and machine safety during operations.
