We are seeking a seasoned and forward-thinking professional to join our team as a Senior Enterprise Systems - Integrations Architect with a specialization in Workday
- In this strategic role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing effective integration solutions that seamlessly connect Workday with other enterprise systems
- The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Workday architecture, strong technical expertise in integration technologies, and a track record of successful integration projects
- Additionally, they will oversee the architecture, administration, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday HCM and related applications
Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust and scalable integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems to support data flow across HR, finance, and other business functions.
- Work closely with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize Workday integrations using Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PICOF to meet specific business needs and ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and maintain custom APIs and connectors to facilitate data exchange between Workday and external applications.
- Identify and resolve integration issues promptly, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integrations, including design specifications, testing plans, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure that all integrations adhere to security and compliance standards, implementing measures to safeguard sensitive data.
What You Bring to the Party:
- Minimum of 5 years of Workday HCM experience with Workday partner certification or minimum of 7 years of Workday HCM experience without.
- At least 1 full cycle global Workday HCM implementation is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday Integration technologies, including Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and PICOF.
- Workday certification in Integrations is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge and extensive experience working with at least one of the following Workday modules Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking and US Payroll
- Extensive understanding of the end-to-end functional HR business processes.
- Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech and customer-obsessed environment with a diverse set of stakeholders in multiple geographic locations. You are able to work well under pressure with limited direction and are comfortable with change.
