Job description

Seeking a stellar Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will be the critical bridge between marketing and sales, nurturing and qualifying leads to accelerate the sales cycle.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects in the US Eastern time zone. We're looking for someone who can juggle inbound and outbound strategies to build pipeline and uphold our reputation for seamless customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Manage and nurture leads through both inbound and outbound channels to maintain a healthy pipeline and progress prospects through the sales process. Handle inbound inquiries with efficiency and professionalism, providing a seamless experience for prospects. Proactively engage with potential clients via phone and email, initiating conversations and relationships with outbound strategies. Schedule appointments, ensuring timely follow-ups for the sales team to maximize their focus on closing deals. Required Qualifications: Candidates should have either an MBA in Marketing with a minimum of 1 year of experience or a Business Degree with at least 3 years of experience, specifically as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) within e-commerce, marketing SaaS, or an agency servicing e-commerce brands. Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a clear and articulated presence on phone calls and the ability to craft compelling emails. Ability to operate during Eastern Time (ET) to best serve the US market. Proficiency with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms. Strong multitasking abilities to balance lead management, calling schedules, and email communications. Desired Attributes: A proactive mindset, comfortable with initiating conversations with both inbound and outbound leads. Adept at working in a competitive market environment and understanding customer needs. Familiarity with the nuances of sales communication and the ability to tailor conversations to various client profiles.
