Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect at our Trivandrum location. This is a full –time On-site Architect role who will be assisting the senior architect for day-to-day tasks associated with the Project’s Architectural design such as drafting plans and blueprints, site visits, project discussions, preparing 3D models and understanding the scope and feasibility of work. Roles and responsibilities: Ability to create 3D building models and elevations, Interior renderings, Walk-throughs. Ability to create plans and other detailed drawings which clearly outline the Architectural design of the project. Ability to manage multiple projects at once. Review of scope of work, project Preamble, Drawings and Specifications. Conduct site evaluations and analyses to inform design decisions. Collaborate with structural engineers and other professionals to integrate technical requirements into designs. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit/3Ds Max/Sketch up/Lumion/Photoshop/Enscape and other relevant software. Basic knowledge in Vastu and other Building codes/ regulation standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent personal and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture. 1 or 2 years of experience in Architecture.Job tags
