“ KEYSTONE INFRASTRUCTURE is a fast growing multidisciplinary consultancy organization engaged in the areas of civil engineering, structure designing and project management consulting services in various sectors like Highways, Bridges, Buildings, Architectural, landscaping etc. in Gujarat and adjoining states.” Established in 2007 by Shri Nimitt K. Shah (B.E. Civil & P.G. Diploma in Structural Design from CEPT), Keystone Infrastructure has transformed from a proprietor firm which has been made partnership firm having partner Shri K. S. Shah - B.E. Civil who is retired Executive Engineer & Superintending Engineer (I/C) from R&B Department, Govt. of Gujarat (from April 2016) run intermediary to a full-fledged consultancy firm since 17 years. Role and Responsibilities of the Civil Engineer This is a full-time job located at Ahmedabad but requires extensive traveling to supervise and monitor progress of various projects in the state. The projects involve are large scale infrastructure project of Roads and Bridges. The principal responsibility of the engineer will be as follow: - Review approve plans to ensure their consistency with requirement of the client’s agreement. To prepare estimate of the work as per the approve plans and as per the rates of the government SOR or any other rate specified in the agreement. Prepare Draft Tender Paper as per government norms or as per the agreements and get them sectioned from the competent authority as per the approved agreement. To supervised the work of the projects, assign to him for its consistency with the requirement of the aggrement and quality assurance manual. To monitor the progress of works as per the requirement of the agreements. To prepare inspection note containing observation and inspection to the contractor for improving the quality and pace of the work to ensure that the projects are completed in time. Prepare and issue the Monthly/Quarterly project report as per the requirement of the agreement. Coordinate with the client and contractor as per the requirement of the agreement. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structure Engineering. Candidate having Master's degree in Civil/Structure Engineering will be get preference. Proven experience in leading large projects from start to completion preferably in infrastructure projects. Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with clients, contractors and other team members. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize work and multitask effectively. Proficiency with AutoCAD and other software for design and monitoring large scale infrastructure project will be given additional consideration and preference. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex engineering concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with local codes and regulations and supervisory experience preferred.Job tags
