Education: Graduate / Post graduate
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- 5+ HCM Cloud functional support experience.
- Support experience in handling tickets / issues realated to Core HR and at least couple of other HCM modules.
- Excellent business communication skills.
- Ability to speak to business uers and process owners to understand the ticket requirements.
- Must work in Night Shift (US EST business hours 9 AM to 5 PM EST).
- Nice to have - Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits & Payroll Support.
- Understanding of HCM business operations.
- Analytical, Problem solving and multi tasking skills.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance activities of the Oracle HCM Cloud functional modules ensuring they are functioning optimally and meeting business requirements.
- Ensure data privacy and security for all HR data.
- Assist client in preparing validation scripts, testing scenerios and develop test scripts.
- Support client with test script execution.
- Follow the SLAs and other terms of the Contractual obligations.
- Provide status and ticket updates to the stack holders
