Description

We are looking for an experienced AEM Director to guide the design and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe technologies and a proven track record of successfully architecting and delivering complex digital solutions. As an Adobe Solution Lead, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients to understand their business requirements, and design solutions that leverage Adobe's suite of marketing technology products.

Your responsibilities will include

• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud products, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign.
• Design and present tailored offerings and solutions to assist in client's digital transformation.
• Architect and implement scalable and sustainable Adobe solutions that meet client objectives.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of Adobe solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to establish trust and expertise with clients and help develop roadmaps for their digital transformation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay current with Adobe product updates and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Adobe Solution Subject Matter Expert with a focus on Adobe Experience Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics, AEM: Sites, AEM: Assets, and Adobe Workfront.
• Experience with end-to-end implementation of Adobe solutions in enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams.
• Understanding of Adobe's upcoming go to market with solutions like Content Supply Chain and GenStudio.
• Adobe certifications are a plus.
