Job Title: Financial Force Developer Job Level - Senior Associate Year of Experience
–4 Yrs – 8 Yrs Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech Key Skills : Financial Force, PSA, Salesforce advanced admin , Lightning, LWC, Salesforce Developer JD + below skills on Financial Force · Candidates should demonstrate substantial experience and / or knowledge in any sector in any of the following areas: · Domain Expertise: Functional and Technical knowledge on FinancialForce Accounting, Revenue · Recognition and Professional Services Automation (PSA). · Thorough understanding of the PSA data model · Create project templates and Customizations on FinancialForce to migrate project child objects to a different project. · Manage FinancialForce Automations with milestones, Project Tasks, Budgets, Resource assignments. · Salesforce: Experience in delivering large or complex Salesforce/FinancialForce implementations in a global environment, defining and institutionalizing best practices as they relate to the adoption of the Salesforce/CRM platform · Digital Transformation: Demonstrated business and technical expertise across the end-to-end implementation spanning sales, service, professional service automation, revenue recognition Skills Preferred: · Candidates should be able to demonstrate extensive management consulting abilities within a project team · that includes the following: · Hands-on design and implementation experience on FinancialForce PSA module not limited to Force.com platform using APEX, VisualForce, Process builders, flows, LWC, SOAP/REST API’s, 3rd party integration, security settings. · Strong research and hypothesis based problem-solving abilities. · Experience in developing scope and defining backlog items and user stories, working in an Agile environment. · Excellent verbal, written, & presentation skills with the ability to design and develop innovative and compelling content. · Excellent organizational skills and must be able to work independently with limited guidance as well as in a highly collaborative, team- based environment. · Networking and relationship building with external and internal clients, industry leaders, and prospects at executive, director, and staff level. · Salesforce/FinancialForce certification is an added advantage.Job tags
