We are looking for a Technical Support for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Technical Support , International Voice Process.

Exp: - 1 + year

Location: Pune

CTC: Up to 7.5 LPA

Shifts : - Rotational (24 * 7 )

Job Description:-

• Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills & thinks logically.
• Comfortable to work in a 24/7 work environment with rotational shifts & Offs .
• Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network architecture.
• Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, doesn't rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest

technologies).

• Support operates on callback model where the cases are created for the customers and the engineers talk to the

customers . They require assistance with troubleshooting on Microsoft Windows Operating System .

• MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE Certified in Windows® Server Operating Systems recommended.
• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, System Set up, System Performance and Domain

Environment, Boot Process (Backup Process, Types Of Backup, Hyper-V Type 1 & Type 2 , Storage.
