Job description
1) Preventive maintenance/attending complaints of dispensers and dish washing machines
2) Installation of dispensers and dishwashers at customer site and customer training as per organization standards and with utmost safety
3) On monthly basis, generate database of all dosing equipments.
4) Maintain minimum inventory of critical spares to service field equipments without affecting agreed SLAs with customers.
5) Provide regular feedback on dispensers
6) Ensure outsource technicians install and service equipments as per organisation standards
7) Ensure safety is followed by him and his team while doing installation/servicing and there are zero accidents.
