Job Title : Technical Program Manager (Hyderabad)Work Experience : 10-15 years (Solution Architect / Technical Delivery Manager)We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of overall experience, with a background in Solution Architecture or Technical Delivery Management. The primary responsibility is to coordinate and manage technical projects, bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management to ensure successful project execution.Must have Skills :Google Cloud Platform - IAAS - 1 YearsSolutions Architecture - 4 YearsTechnical Program Management - 4 YearsAI Chatbots - 1 YearKey Responsibilities :Project Planning :Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.Technical Expertise :Utilize a strong background in Java/Python technologies to provide technical guidance and support to development teams.Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.Cross-Functional Collaboration :Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive project execution.Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.Risk Management : Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.Proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.Quality Assurance :Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by implementing quality assurance processes and standards.Resource Management :Allocate and manage project resources effectively.Monitor and track project progress, budgets, and resource utilization.Stakeholder Communication :Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and management.Address questions and concerns promptly.Qualifications :BE/BTech/MTech/MCA in Computer Science.Overall 8+ years of technology experience.4+ years of hands-on experience in application development and architecture.4+ years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager.1+ years of experience in GCP.Conversational AI BOT : Experience with developing conversational AI solutions is a strong advantage.4+ years of experience in project management and organizational skills.Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and microservices design patterns.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Location : Hyderabad (ref:hirist.tech)
