Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Support to HR Head on Plant recruitments and actively involved in recruitment process, by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process, Referral program, support to hiring managers of PRJD creation, Interview scheduling and coordinating for Onboarding, Joining and Induction.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, Oversee daily HR operations.
- Manage contract labour vendor/ manpower by complying all the statuary requirements.
- Liaise with the Consultant and government officials (Labour commissioner etc.) to ensure that all the statutory compliance are coordinated and done at Plant level.
- Plan and conduct Corporate Social Responsibility events in coordination with HR Manager.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all labor relations matters, including negotiations, contract administration, and grievance handling.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with labor unions or employee representative bodies.
- Participate in collective bargaining negotiations, contract drafting, and interpretation. Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and address any disputes or grievances that may arise.
- Implement strategies to promote positive employee relations, engagement, and communication. Work closely with Department Manager and HR teams to address employee concerns and maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Compliance and Policy Development: Stay updated with relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry trends.
- Facilitate the resolution of employee disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters. Conduct investigations, recommend appropriate actions, and ensure fair and consistent application of policies.
- Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for employees on labor laws, policies, and procedures. Promote awareness of employee rights, responsibilities, and the organization's stance on industrial relations.
- Assess and mitigate risks related to labor relations, including identifying potential labor disruptions, managing strikes or work stoppages, and implementing contingency plans if necessary.
Educational Background: MBA or Equivalent Master Degree in Human Resource.
6-8 years of experience in Plant HR operations.
