Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated Telecaller to join our team at Red & White Multimedia Education Official. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our certified courses, and assisting them in the enrollment process. This is a full-time position based in Bopal area of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
Qualifications And Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and convince customers
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good knowledge of the company's courses and offerings
- Basic computer skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus
Roles And Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce them to our range of certified courses
- Explain course details, benefits, and enrollment process to interested individuals
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain customer database and update records with relevant information
- Achieve individual and team targets for enrollment and revenue generation
- Follow up with potential customers via phone or email
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Provide regular feedback to the management team
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
