Site Location - Near BKC
Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible to handle entire site operations for the project. Overall responsibility to ensure smooth operations of all property management services for the premium Ultra Luxury residential projects. Will be responsible for Site Management and day to day site Operations for the given project. Monitoring and execution of construction works within the project timelines, cost safety and quality parameters. Track project Cost to meet budget (top line & bottom line) Responsible for contract administration, project planning, scheduling, and cost control. Review and approve processes and work of construction, coordination with purchase. Coordination between all stakeholders like Liaison, architects, consultants, and vendors.Safety and Quality compliance - regular testing of materials, visual inspections of work, conducting regular site safety checks etc. MIS reporting on project progress. Continuous improvement in product and processes. Discharge administrative responsibilities. QUALIFICATION: B Tech (Civil) / B.E. (Civil) from a reputed university. Candidates with PG like NICMAR/ PGDBM etc. will be given preference. He / she should have handled Site Operations for large premium Residential Projects in Mumbai 15 + Years of proven experience in execution and project management of high-rise residential buildings. Candidate must have executed min 2 to 3 projects from start to handover. Experience in High end residential buildings with hands- on experience in civil works, RCC, services coordination and High-end finishes will be preferred. Commercial understanding in terms of contracts / vendors and compliance Ability to quickly analyze and act upon project demands. Knowledge of applicable laws and standards in construction (Labor laws / municipal regulations etc.) Excellent administration & execution skills.
