Job Description: Direct Realtors is seeking an experienced and dynamic AVP/VP – Business Development to lead the complete vertical of Direct Realtors and inspire our sales team towards achieving business growth and exceeding revenue targets, and will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, nurturing client relationships, and driving the overall sales strategy of Direct Realtors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, manage, train and build a team of high performing sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Lead and manage the complete operations and sales of Direct Realtors, for all functions, including sales, marketing, documents, CRM, contracts, payments, lead generation.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.

• Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through effective market research and analysis.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics through CRM software and proper logging of calls and meetings. 

• Conduct daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews to track deviation from targets, inform the management and take corrective actions to 

• Design the performance tracking process to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with experience in a sales leadership role for 7+ years. 

• Age requirement: Individuals aged 40 and above only

• Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and leading sales teams.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with an English medium education throughout school and college.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and regulations.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and sales tracking.
