Job description
Role- Cyber Security Auditor
Experience - 4 To 5 years
Location- Noida-63 (Open to Travel)
Responsibilities:
· ISO 27001 Compliance:
· Lead and oversee the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001 standards within our organization.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with ISO 27001 requirements.
· Develop and enhance policies and procedures to meet ISO 27001 standards.
· IRDA Compliance:
· Stay informed about IRDA regulations and guidelines, ensuring our organization's compliance.
· Conduct assessments to evaluate and validate adherence to IRDA cybersecurity requirements.
· Collaborate with relevant teams to address and rectify any identified non-compliance issues.
· Cloud Security Assessment:
· Conduct thorough assessments of client cloud environments to identify security vulnerabilities and risks.
· Provide recommendations for enhancing the security posture of client cloud deployments.
· Collaborate with clients to implement and improve cloud security controls.
· Red Teaming:
· Lead Red Team exercises, simulating real-world cyber-attacks on internal and client systems.
· Manage and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals involved in Red Team activities.
· Deliver comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations based on Red Team findings.
· Customer Audits:
· Conduct cybersecurity audits for our clients to assess and validate their security controls.
· Communicate findings and recommendations to clients clearly and understandably.
· Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored cybersecurity solutions.
· Team Leadership:
· Supervise and mentor a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and support.
· Foster a collaborative team environment and encourage continuous learning.
· Coordinate team efforts to meet internal and client audit objectives.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
· Industry-recognized certifications such as CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent.
· Proven experience in ISO 27001 implementation, IRDA compliance, Cloud Security Assessment, and Red Teaming.
· Experience conducting cybersecurity audits for external clients.
Skills:
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
· Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify security risks.
· Up-to-date knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
