SecurityHQ is seeking a talented Bid Management professional capable of supporting our direct and channel business in winning opportunities through meticulously crafted bid responses and solutions. This individual will collaborate closely with all tender stakeholders, including account managers, channel partners, sales, marketing, finance, legal, and HR.
The Bid Management Associate will collaborate closely with the Bid Team and cross-functional teams to compile submissions and bid proposals in an increasingly competitive environment

Responsibilities
· Leading the end-to-end bid management process.
· Analyze bid documents and contracts to understand client requirements.
· Coordinating with various teams, including sales, technical, legal, HR and finance to ensure all aspects of a bid are addressed.
· Maintaining comprehensive and accurate bid documentation, including bid files and records of communication.
· Produce professional proposal documentation
· Develop knowledge of business, SHQ services by reading and review previous bid and design documents by spending time with presales, technical and commercial functions.
· Build Bid Library and Assist the Bid Manager in developing a proposal structure.
Essential Skills
· Ability to work under pressure and demanding deadlines
· Proven skills in writing and editing proposal content within a complex business environment.
· Attention to detail
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and adept at working with multiple stakeholder
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Education and Experience
· Educational qualification: BE or any postgraduate in any stream
· Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience working Pre- Sales/ Bid Management.
