Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Big Panda!

Responsibilities

· Experience with Event normalization, Tag enrichment, custom tags and integration of Big Panda with tools like New Relic, ServiceNow, Zenoss etc.

· Exposure to at least a couple of Infra monitoring tools- New Relic, Zenoss etc.

· Experience in writing automation scripts in Python. Need to aware of the python modules like requests, csv, pymsteams,smtp.

· Strong understanding of Customer Support Processes. (Ex: Dealing with incidents, requests and questions)

· Play a key part in managing and configuring the Event Correlation platform Big Panda, by providing technical expertise and shaping the solution to client needs.

· Develop and maintain the integrations of Big Panda with other client systems

· Create and maintain the documentation if any new team is onboarded and any developed features.

· Develop custom solutions which add value to the tool.

· Should have knowledge in incident management tool (Ex: ServiceNow)

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant field experience

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

· Big Panda, Python, New Relic

· Technical certifications a plus
