Job Overview

Junior position with 2 to 3 years of experience in tele sales. The Tele sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, and closing deals over the phone.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in tele sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Good knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential leads and develop a sales pipeline through outbound calls.
  • Generate sales opportunities by pitching products and services to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Provide excellent customer service through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall sales objectives.
  • Document all sales activities and report on sales performance regularly.
