Job description

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Workfront Configuration: Configure and maintain all work processes for the organization within Adobe Workfront, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

2. Group Management: Manage group members, objects, preferences, and tools within Adobe Workfront to optimize collaboration and productivity.

3. Global Standards Adherence: Ensure adherence to global standards and compliance with established governance in Workfront configuration and usage.

4. User Assignments: Assign new users layout templates, teams, groups, access levels, and other relevant settings within Adobe Workfront.

5. User Management: Perform ongoing user management tasks in Adobe Workfront, such as updating layout templates, teams, groups, and access levels.

6. System Cleanup: Collaborate with the global system administrator to execute system cleanup efforts for the business unit, maintaining data accuracy and efficiency.

7. Process Enhancement: Review upcoming product release functionality and suggest improvements to current processes using new features.

8. Business Review Support: Assist in conducting the annual Adobe Workfront executive business review with business unit leadership.

9. Troubleshooting: Provide basic troubleshooting and routing of enterprise-level issues related to Adobe Workfront.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or a similar field.

Certifications Licenses:

Required Skills Adobe, Workfront, Workfront Configuration, Workfront Admin Certification
