Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Assistant Restaurant/Store Manager role located in New Delhi. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Delifrance, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the restaurant and store alongside the Restaurant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and profitability. You will assist in recruiting, training, and managing staff while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Additionally, you will manage inventory and sales records, assist with marketing and promotions, and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory/ managerial role, preferably within the food and beverage industry
• Worked with known QSR, Bakery, Cafe, and International Chains.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards and regulations
• Passion for customer service excellence and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
