Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide superior customer service
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer queries and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services
• Contribute to improving the overall customer care experience
