The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing compelling and compliant proposals in response to government solicitations. This role requires a deep understanding of government procurement processes, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities - Proposal Development: Lead the development of high-quality proposals for State and Federal government contracts, ensuring compliance with all requirements and guidelines.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand the requirements of government solicitations, analyze RFP/RFQ documents, and gather necessary information for proposal development.
- Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, project managers, and other team members to gather relevant information and insights for proposal content.
- Compliance: Ensure that all proposals meet the compliance standards set by State and Federal government agencies, including adherence to specific formats, timelines, and submission requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive reviews of proposal documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
