Job description
Pediatricians examine children to evaluate their health and diagnose any conditions or illnesses they may have.
They perform physical exams, review medical histories, and order and interpret medical tests.Provide medical treatment for a range of conditions, such as infections, injuries, chronic illnesses, and developmental disorders.
They may prescribe medication, order therapy, or perform surgery when necessary.Monitor children's physical and cognitive development, including growth and milestones, and address any concerns or delays.
Provide routine check-ups, immunizations, and other preventative care measures to help keep children healthy and prevent illness.
