Job description
In this role, you would be responsible for providing
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support to internal clients. Responsibilities shall include supporting the US /Canada hiring from Offshore (India) during the EST Hours. · Manages full recruitment life cycle · Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites. · Sources resumes for roles in Digital/ Technology verticals · Determines and evaluates applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements. · Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules · Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions · Coordinates with onboarding team and selected candidates for successful onboarding.
