Job Description
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing
effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and
generate leads. You will utilize various digital channels and tactics, such as search engine
optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and
content marketing, to achieve measurable results
Education + Experience
6+ years of experience
Bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Previous experience
in digital marketing, either in an agency or in-house setting, is preferred.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, channels, strategies, and best
practices.
Proven experience with SEO techniques and tools, including keyword research, on-page
optimization, link building, and SEO analytics
Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, or
social media advertising platforms, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their features, best practices, and
experience in leveraging social media for marketing purposes.
Familiarity with email marketing tools, list segmentation, campaign creation, and
analysis of email marketing performance metrics
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand
visibility and drive customer acquisition and retention.
Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels,
including digital, social media, print, and events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and
threats, and incorporate findings into marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal sales teams as well as special projects, to align marketing
efforts with overall business objectives.
Create compelling and engaging content for marketing collateral, including website,
blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide regular
reports to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices
to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the
successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior marketing team members, fostering a
collaborative and high-performing work environment
