Role Summary:
15 to 25 LPA This is a role focused on architectural design, design development, and design coordination Our projects are premier residential apartments, based in Central Chennai, with office based in RK Salai, Mylapore We are looking for someone with experience in residential construction, having design, detailing and coordination skills Responsibilities: Lead the design team to conceptualize and develop floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings Authorize GFCs, and co-ordinate with Chief Engineer from construction team, structural consultant, approval consultant, service consultants, and other engineers, architects, consultants and vendors as necessary Ensure adherence to drawings, standards, schedules, and budgets, and provide technical guidance and support Research and deepen knowledge of processes, material, resources, and trends in the industry Desired Profile: Architect with relevant experience in residential construction Refined design sense, along with strong technical skills, eye for detail, and desire to deliver high quality output Coordination, communication and problem solving skillsJob tags
