Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated AI/ML Developer to join our Research and Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. The AI/ML Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, enhance existing solutions, and contribute to the advancement of our organization's AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Algorithm Development:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to address business challenges.
• Stay current on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and technologies.

Data Preprocessing and Feature Engineering:

• Preprocess and clean large datasets for training machine learning models.
• Conduct feature engineering to extract relevant information from raw data.

Model Training and Evaluation:

• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning models using various frameworks.
• Implement and experiment with different model architectures and optimization techniques.

Integration:

• Integrate machine learning models into production systems and applications.
• Collaborate with software developers to ensure seamless deployment and functionality.

Research and Innovation:

• Contribute to the research and development of innovative AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with the R&D team to explore and apply cutting-edge technologies.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to
• understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to other team members.

Documentation:

• Document code, algorithms, and methodologies to ensure clarity and maintainability.
• Prepare technical documentation for both internal and external audiences.

• Uplers is the on-the-ground partner managing services like talent sourcing, employment contracts, payroll, and compliance. Uplers serves as the Employer of Record while Welspun managers all work-related decisions, performance measures and operations.
• Mode of Work: Onsite Office, Ahmedabad (No Remote or Hybrid)
• Round of Interviews: 2
• Interview will be at Welspun's Ahmedabad office on 7 Feb and 8 Feb 2024

Project Requirements:

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Experience with popular machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data analysis, and feature engineering.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques and neural network architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services for AI/ML.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
