Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

The purpose of the role is to plan and implement sales activities in order to meet company's targets

for growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities:

 Plan and implement sales strategies, customer retention and development by working closely

with the Senior Management

 Lead and manage the sales and customer service team of the company

 Manage and motivate Sales Managers and Channel Managers

 Regularly report achievements versus budget forecasts to the Senior Management Team

 Conducting competitor analysis by keeping a close view of market trends

 Reporting on daily / weekly basis and reporting monthly presentation to the Top management

for Total Sales, Collection, Revenue, Cash Flow with market trends

 Keeping abreast of market trends to obtain intelligence reports regarding competition and

facilitating the formulation of strategies to counter competition

 Closing deals with clients and ensuring after sales services are carried off properly

 Developing pre launch and after sales strategies and processes to maintain cordial relations

with clients

 Redressing clients grievances and complaints

 Will work closely with marketing team in designing the various campaigns / activities and

provide required support.

Soft Skills:

 Excellent Command over MS Excel

 Passionate, target-driven and self-motivated person

 Have excellent negotiation skills

 Must be confident and have excellent command over the language

 Must be a leader and a positive team player

Experience & Qualification:

 Graduate with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience. At least 3 to 4 years as a Team

Leader.

 Post graduation will be an added advantage.
